The best part about race weekend (from what I can tell, its only my first one) is carb loading!
You need to fuel your body two days in advance of a big race with carbs, protein and lots of H2O! So tonight, it's burgers and movie night.
The training program leaves very little time cooking so I take no credit for the burgers.
Tomorrow, I'm thinking pancakes, frittata, BLTA lunch ( A=avocado) and a heavenly pasta feast.
