I have been having an affare and not a food affare. I've been cheating on my blog with running. I am training for my FIRST half marathon (City of Oaks) and honestly it has taken a lot of time. The race takes place on Sunday and the hubs and I have been training since June/July to prepare for our 13.1 mile adventure.
The entire experience so far leaves me a bit speechless. It has been a true journey for both my mind and body.
After the race on Sunday I will be back - revived, re-energized and ready to tell you about my journey AND all the great food we ate along the way.
