Day 3 - We Don't Need No Stinkin' Salt.

My friend Lion was diagnosed with Type 1 Lupus and Minimal Change Disease.  Follow her Here!  Because of her condition she has to maintain a low sodium diet.  So this Day 3 Dip is one for the Lion - low sodium yet spicy and delish.

  Now for the goods....
BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

8 oz block Non-Fat Cream Cheese
1 cup Low/Non-Fat Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
1-2 cups cooked, diced grilled chicken
½-1 cup Franck’s Red Hot Wing Sauce
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Heat cooked, diced chicken and Frank’s Sauce in a sauce pan on low-medium about 5 minutes.  Add in cream cheese until melted, and then add salad dressing and mix.  Let cook together for another 5-10 minutes, adding Pepper as desired.  A few minutes before serving, add your cheese and stir until melted.
Serve with toasted bread, crackers, pita chips (unsalted of course) or celery.
